Sally Weir serves as executive director of the聽 (ASPHO), providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure successful achievement of the organization鈥檚 goals and mission. Sally brings more than 20 years of healthcare association management experience to her role, including governance and operational expertise and certification organization development. Her passion for aligning board governance with best practices to ensure effective leadership and establishing partnerships to improve opportunities for members and generate new revenue streams has led to a strong position for her clients. Sally began her career in the for-profit world, holding several senior positions in the hospitality industry before moving to the association industry in 2003.
